Pay Now utilizes the Real Time Payment (RTP) and ACH (Automated Clearing House) networks to pull funds from your linked bank account and automatically send the funds to your supplier securely via RTP or FedNow, if available. Once your payment is submitted, settlement time is between 1 and 2 days, depending on your bank.

With a few clicks you can securely pay your supplier via an enterprise-grade, secure checkout experience. Funds will be transmitted via the JP Morgan payment rails to your supplier’s nominated bank account via the Real Time Payment Network or FedNow, if available.

In order to securely transmit funds to your supplier, Tranch requires your bank account to be connected via Plaid so Tranch can verify that you are an authorized account holder and that your account has sufficient funds for the payment. In addition, Tranch fully encrypts your data within our system and Tranch is SOC 2 Type 1 and PCI-DSS certified.

At this time, Tranch cannot process payment for accounts where Plaid is unavailable.

Yes, Tranch only accepts payments via business or commercial bank accounts where the email domain name matches your sign up email address. Pay Now transactions from any personal accounts will return as failed.

No, there is not. Please get in touch with us if you are worried about the size of your transaction. Tranch processes millions of dollars of transactions through the platform without a maximum amount. Please note that funds will be checked to ensure that the funds are available before processing occurs.

Yes, you will receive a receipt from [email protected]. If you have not received your receipt, please contact [email protected] and you will be provided with a duplicate. Your supplier will also receive a receipt.

Yes, you can do so by navigating to the ‘Users’ tab of your Dashboard. Once you complete their information, they will automatically receive a secure request to login. For security reasons, Tranch only allows you to add another team member with the same domain name.
